The functions of the first station include capsule feeding, aligning and insertion into bores of holding ring.

Also, the vacuum is used for separating the capsule cap and body in the first station. After the orientation of the capsule, the capsule cap can stay in the upper holding ring and the capsule body can stay in the lower holding ring.

A special design allows for changing mold for different size capsules within 10 minutes easily, simply, precisely.
